An open letter from Aimsio's CEO

To our valued Aimsio customers,
As the world continues to learn more about COVID-19, I would like to take this time to update you on how we will continue to serve you and the steps Aimsio has taken to ensure the safety of our employees.
How we will serve you
Our mission at Aimsio has always been to help our partners prosper working together. This is still our mission. We are here for you during these unfamiliar times. Aimsio is, at its core, a communications software. We help you communicate with each other, and we don’t plan on stopping now.
Here’s what you can expect from Aimsio:
- Aimsio will be available for use, as usual
- Our support line remains open (1-888-850-0059)
- Our employees are working their regular hours
Here’s what has changed:
- We have limited all non-essential travel, meaning implementations, scopings, and other client meetings will need to be held virtually. If you have any questions about the status of your implementation meeting or any other meetings, please contact us at support@aimsio.com
- Our employees are now working from home, this won’t have an effect on the level of service you see from us
To summarize, you will continue to have access to Aimsio, and the Aimsio team. We have the tools to work from home and are able to hold virtual meetings. You are still able to submit support tickets, call the support line, and call or email your Aimsio team.
The safety of our employees
I would also like to take this moment to mention Aimsio’s three company values:

- Own the challenge
- We’re better together
Do the right thing: The right thing in this situation is to allow our employees the ability to work from home so they can practice social distancing. As of March 16, 2020 all of Aimsio’s employees will be working from home. Aimsio is open and available for business, even if our employees aren’t physically at the office.
Own the challenge: There’s no disputing that this outbreak has been challenging; it’s been challenging on families, communities, employees, and employers. And we know that Aimsio is likely one of the last things on your mind. Because of this, we are committing to continuing to provide a high level of service you’ve come to expect from us. In times like these, software like Aimsio should be available, as usual, to maintain some level of normalcy. We don’t want you worrying about your software right now.
We’re better together: Myself, along with our HR team and Co-Founders, have been staying up to date on local and national policies and guidelines. We’re following recommended practices for the locations of our two offices: Calgary and Vancouver. The world is better together, we will get through this.
We’d like to thank you for your continued support during this time. Please take care of yourself and your family. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again...we will get through this.
